Netherby Main Hall

An ideal venue for social, business and recreational functions, the main hall play's host to a wide range of activities from Weddings, Dances and Public meetings (screen/projector and power point facilities) to indoor bowling etc. 

The Main Hall can accommodate up to 180 people seated, or up to 140 seated at tables, with ample dance room to spare. 

It is licensed with its own bar and kitchen.  Catering can be organised.

We are unable to accept 18th Birthday Parties

Hire Charges:

General Agreement Booking

• All day rate is £150.00 - price does not include kitchen, table cloths or crockery fees
• Business rate - £15.00 per hour
• Community Organisation rate - £12.00 per hour
• Kitchen Hire - £6.00 per hour
• Crockery Fees - £20.00 to cater for up to 30 people; £30.00 to cater for over 30 people 
• Table Cloths - £5.00 per sheet

• Children's parties - £10.00 per hour + £10 Booking Fee

Bar (Licensed) Function Booking

• All day rate - £150.00 (including use of additional rooms i.e. bar, kitchen, lounge etc) or £12.00 per hour plus £20.00 setting up charge. Price does not include bar licence, corkage, table cloths or crockery fees

Or for an organised activity for the under 16’s £1.00 per person per hour for up to 10 attending or £10.00 per hour if over ten attending.

Hirer must be at least 18 years of age. No booking will be accepted without a completed and signed Hire Agreement form.
